This has been a tough semester. It's finally over though. Thank God.
I never know if I should make posts when its so late and i'm so tired...but whatever. I'm impatient to get off this campus. It's so small and restrictive and I can't take it any more. But it's only one semester. I'll be fine. I need to spend some more time growing before I trust myself with the Real World yet... If that makes sense?
I wish that the people I think are fun and interesting would think of me the same way. But it always seems that there is already enough people in their lives and thus my efforts of friendship are not developed in a way that I had hoped. UGH i'm not being coherent cos i'm too tired and don't feel like going into detail screw this
gooood night and god help me be patient

Long Time, No See...
Hey guys, in case you couldn't tell, i haven't updated my blog since before i left Korea.
I Still need to upload some pics and stuff, possibly to facebook, but I need to get them off my old computer first ㅠㅠ
Yeah my old laptop died and they said the hard-drive is still intact, but I just gotta get a way to get my stuff off of it :/
Uhhh anyway I'm back at Beloit now, and it's killing meeee I'm so busy and stressed I don't like it one bit. I'm definitely ready to be done. I know I'll miss learning and school life eventually...but right now, I've had about all I can handle. There's just a lot on my plate that I'm ready to be done with, and I want to go learn and do stuff in a different setting than school. My first priority is to become fluent, or just more fluent, in Korean and Japanese, and then move on to teaching or doing some other kind of work in one or both of those countries. Buuuut I guess that has to wait until after graduation... grr
I think I might still update here with just random life updates, and rambles, and stuff going on in my head that I wanna get off my chest, and so on and so forth. So don't expect much, but there might be something.
See yaaaaaa
P.S. looking back on all these posts of Korea makes me really sad and nostalgic and I just wanna go back, it was so much fun and even the not-so-fun parts were still good in their own way.

Finals Week
Heyy y'all it's finals week.... I'm like halfway done already. I did my final essay for one class yesterday, and had half of my Korean language exam today, and the listening and speaking part is tomorrow morning. I'm not really worried about any of it, I just want it to be over with.
In other news, Joanna and I tried to go to a cat cafe today, but the only one close by was closed, and it's been raining today and yesterday so we decided not to walk and find another one in Sinchon, so we're just planning on going tomorrow. Instead, we went and got donuts and drinks at Dunkin and chatted about kpop and bilingualism :) Good fun!
Shall I upload some pictures for youse? Here ya go!
Funny story, while I was taking these pictures outside, a Korean lady came up to me and asked to take a photograph. I assumed she wanted me to take a picture of her with her small daughters, but turns out she wanted to take a picture of ME with her daughters.... It was a little awkward but they were cute and I was just a little surprised that she was like "ohh foreigner I should take a picture with my kids" haha but it was funny i guess :P
Dung Shaped red-bean bread! It's really tasty haha!! So crispy and sweet! yummm :P
We went to a fortune teller in an the Insadong Mall. It was a really tiny place, but Jasmine said it's really popular and accurate :P All in good fun, right?
Me and Jasmine both asked about our near future love lives :P Apparently August and September are my lucky months this year for love and as long as I make a decision in a dilemma i'll be in, I'll meet a nice guy whose easy to communicate with haha :) Here's hoping!!
Then went to one of the only vegan restaurants in Seoul for dinner
Last friday our whole Korean class went out for Sushi buffet lunch in Hongdae. Here's pics of what I ate, it was so goood!!
Then a few of us went to Stylenanda in Hongdae to window shop, and we got free photobooth stickers too
Kristen, Nahomi and I took a quick little walk around Yonsei, just to see the campus, since none of us had really seen it much this semester...
Noraebang at RockQ in Sinchon! They have these cute themed rooms, like mirror room, jewelry room, and we were in the Book room!
Then the next day, me and a friend went to dinner at Battered Sole in Sinchon, then drinks in Hongdae for a friend's birthday. The fish and chips were amazing! Genuine british style!
Went to my favorite Japanese restaurant for dinner yesterday!! Yummy chicken and rice
This is from the Cat Cafe we tried to go to. The instruction were cute so I took a picture...I hope it's readable...
As you know that didn't work out, so to Dunkin Donuts we went, and found some small English mistakes on the wall:
Well I suppose I'll get back to studying now. I'll just listen to my Korean dialogues, and then go online and check out what my online classes want me to do for Finals. I'm excited to be almost done!! And my friend Jane (whose Study Abroad blog is here: ) is coming in a week to visit!! We're gonna hang out in Seoul, then go to Busan (her hometown)! wow I'm excited for that haha everyone's been to Busan or Jeju except me TT_TT Finally it's my turn!
By the way , HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my beautiful wonderful best sister Kelly Gene, I love and miss you all the way across the world!! Let's do a birthday dinner as soon as I get back, baby! Love you! <3
That's all for now, my honeys!
