Hello

Hi guys.
I think the changing weather is bringing on allergies and weird stuff, me and so many other people have like, sore throats and stuff, it's not very pleasant. I'm gonna try to find the pharmacy tomorrow. But on the positive side, the weather is finally becoming consistently in the 70s, so that's really nice.
I'm not sure how long until I can add pictures here again, it's literally been taking an hour or longer to upload 10 photos, so I dunno if that's an internet issue orrrr something with the photos themselves or what. It's a little frustrating. In the meantime, I recommend checking my facebook for photo updates and such, until I can figure out the photo issue here.

In other news, I'm really worried about my financial situation. It's scarily easy to run out of money here, cos I have to buy my meals every day, and pretty much every weekend I'm paying at least double that, because I like going out with friends and we usually either go to bars or a restaurant or a club or even Noraebang to do karaoke, and not only does that cost money, but then there's also subway costs to consider, which admittedly are very small but add up over time, and if we wanna do some light shopping too that's cost can slowly add up, and so I end up running out of money before the month is over and I feel bad.
I'm really gonna have to work extra hard and get some real good jobs when I get back, so I can work on building up my finances again. But it's totally worth it, for the chance to be here and experience this.

My friend Kejia is also coming to visit from China on Thursday! She's gonna go to the Dream Concert with my friends and I on Saturday :D

Today I met up with a new friend and we went to Hongdae to get some Frozen Yogurt from Snow Spoon.  It's wasn't even that expensive, since it's like at Red Mango where you pay based on weight. I had a mix of raspberry, "Rose", and "Blue". I'll post pics soon :) Rose basically tasted kind of like strawberry, and Blue tasted similar to candy that's blueberry or cotton candy flavor. Then, we tried to find Gusto Taco, buuuut it was so hard, and I know I was so close but I just couldn't find it! So frustrating!

Last night I also went out with everyone in my Korean class for our classmate's birthday. We had really good samgyeopsal at an all you can eat place next to Barfly. It was really fun, and I liked getting to know them all better, and we're planning on going out together again maybe this weekend or something. Then, as soon as I got back, I got a call and found out some friends were meeting at a bar nearby, so I brought Jasmine and went to meet up with them. Then I got another all on the way there from a super sweet guy I met last weekend, and told him what was up and invited him along too. He seems legit interested in me for reasons I don't know :P I mean, he was willing to come all the way from where he lives to Sinchon and meet me AND my friends! He got along really well with everyone too! They all wanna meet up again soon haha :)
So that was that. And then, cos it was really dumb to go out on a monday, I slept most of the day today, and then went to Dance class, where we're learning Psy's Gentleman, and now I'm just writing this, chilling to some lovely music, and studying. :)
I'm so tired...but I'm ok.

Love you guys. Sorry about lack of photos!

Cherry Blossoms Pt. 2

At Yeoido (여의도)

My new friend took this one of me

Now for lovely pictures from 신촌 (Sinchon) and around Ewha...with My Best Sister Kelly's Magic Camera!

Lovely Graffiti Tunnel on the way from Ewha to Sinchon

I love this tunnel

The art changes every so often too, so I'll go back eventually and take more photos :)

graffiti under underpass

These Cherry blossoms are all in Sinchon :)

The weather was so nice, and I had no classes, I just had to go out and take pictures of the blossoms before they all went away....

mostly I just really liked that spiral staircase...

I think I was taking the photo above when a particularly big gust of wind blew some of those huge restaurant umbrellas into me. yeah, I was startled and embarrassed, needless to say :P There was definitely a group of youths (including kinda cute guys) staring at me...and I just kinda looked at them like "that just happened right? that wind just blew that crazy umbrella into me right? heh...hehe?" and then I just walked away...
mostly took this one so i would remember to go to that Iron Plan restaurant soon
Aaand here's some more graffiti of the same places, but I took em on the way back :)

view coming into ewha through the back... seeing the church and the int'l education building

Now it's time for me to pretend I'm artistic:

am I a photographer yet?

KG your camera makes me look so professional

gotta have a pic of the school name :)
WOW that was a long post! With lots of pretty pictures I hope!
Ummm yeah! Phew this blogging is hard work! But what else am I gonna do :P
