My Apologies

hi.....
I'm really sorry for not updating in such a while... I've just been suuuuuper tired and lacked the motivation to write up anything or upload pics or anything.
I've done a bit since I've last written though.
Like, today, I went on a field trip to Chogye Buddhist Temple in Insadong, and we saw the lanterns (for a second time, for me) that were from Buddha's Birthday last week, and we got a tour around the temple and learned about the Buddha's story. Then we had a little tea ceremony inside and the monk told us we all met together today because we had met previously in another life, and we would continue to meet again in another life. It was really nice and interesting :)

Uhhhhh aaaand oh Ewha is starting it's school festival today. So there was tons of student booths selling yummy food and drinks and stuff, so I bought like, a HUGE pizza slice, and mini rolls, and a disappointing oreo shake.
It goes on til Friday so looks like it'll be fun :)
Tho it won't be as crazy and awesome as the Yonsei festival was...that thing went on all week all through the night and had like tons of alcohol and music and partying and stuff. The girls at Ewha are...a bit more conservative....but at least they make good food *shrug*

Ummmm umm but yeah I've just been super fatigued lately, must've had a virus or something, I had a sore throat for literally like two and a half weeks that's only JUST going away, and I've slept all day a couple times after I've gotten back from class so there's that... I think I'm on the road to recovery now though so worry not. Just meant I wasn't in the mood to do anything other than get my work done and do nothing on the computer and eat and sleep.

I feel bad now cos I've really been wanting to update you guys with photos and stuff, and I want to finish up my letter writing and send them off, and I still have places I wanna visit in Seoul, like the YG Entertainment building, and Gyeongbokgung palace and Namsan Tower.... sheesh...

But I think this weekend will be fun, and I finished all my online work, and I'm planning on doing my Korean HW right away too so I'll be free all weekend and can do whateva I want :)

I will say though... as much as I love it here more than anything and I wanna stay, I am starting to miss home a little bit. Mostly some of the food, as well as the comfort of familiarity, and the open space of like, a backyard or the lake, places where I can walk around by myself, and see more of nature and stuff. Ya start to get a little bit of cabin fever being in dorms or class or a big city all the time. Maybe I should try to go on a hike, that's pretty popular around here, and there's the mountains...I'll look into it.

Um so that's it for now. I'll post pics tomorrow, when I'm more energetic
Love you guys :)
